Such a Big Boy

Andrew is doing so many new things! He is crawling all over our house and pulling himself up on whatever he can. It's hard to believe how fast he's growing. He has started to eat finger food, and is keeping his mom creative for new food choices! Andy will be off to Grandpa John & Beth's this weekend for another overnight visit. He is getting ready for Neisha and Brian's trip to Texas in May. He's did great the last time, and he has lots of fun playing at their house!

Sadly, Andy has his first cold, or maybe it's allergies, it's hard to say in Atlanta in April! He's got the runny nose, the sneezing and the coughing. It makes you feel bad, but he's a trooper!

An Easter Visit

Andrew was so lucky to have another weekend with his grandparents! This time Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Mike and Aunt Lisa and Uncle Denis came to visit for Easter weekend! We had a really nice visit including a trip to see the Terracotta soldiers at the High Museum, and lots of easter egg picking!

We got to celebrate Grandpa's birthday a little early with lots of special food treats and a special scrapbook. Cousin Dave also came over to share some stories and eat Grandma's delicious pie!

Going to Grandma's House

We also got to go to Grandma Caren & Papa Marvin's house on our trek through Virginia. It was nice to relax and let Andrew crawl around and visit! We got to go see Grandma's work, and to hear all about her new job. We know she's going to do a great job! We'd like to thank Grandma Caren for watching Andrew in the morning, so Neisha & Brian could get some extra zzz's. I think everybody enjoyed that time!!

Andrew decided that likes to eat at the table. He has started to sit in a big boy high chair, and eat his meals with everyone else. So far, he's a big fan of bananas.

Our Trip to the Capitol

We got to take an awesome trip to the DC/VA areas in early April. It was very nice of Kelly & Dave and Jenny, Brad, & Avery to let us visit. We got to the Jackson's house very early on Saturday morning and had a really good visit. Dave & Kelly took us on a car tour through downtown. It was cherry blossom festival time, so super busy, so we took a stroll around the capitol instead. We might have a future congressman on our hands!

We also had a really nice visit in Richmond with the Manry's. The weather was beautiful so we got to enjoy a cookout on the deck. Avery was very sweet sharing her toys and telling us stories!

We really miss all of our out of town friends and it's super nice to get to see you!!!
