Bowling

Our weather has been all over the place.  One day it's 80 degrees, the next day it's 40, and there has been a lot of weekend rain.  So we decided one rainy Sunday after church, that we would try bowling!
who knew they made shoes that small, cute and gross all at the same time
 Bumpers Up

 Strong Man!!
(no toes were harmed in this process)
They brought a ramp out for the boys to use also, while Mom and Dad got to bowl on the lane without bumpers!  We bowled two games, Matt was consistent with 82 & 81, Andy got 81 and 103!  They were so excited to run up and push the ball down the ramp, bowling only took about an hour.  But, they had a good time, so maybe next time we can slow it down a bit.
I will admit for the record that Brian beat me the first game, but I spanked him the second game!

A little Springtime Download

We've been doing a little bit of everything this spring, and it's hard to believe that we only have 3 more weeks of school before summertime!
We took a little visit to Huntsville to see Uncle Chris & Uncle Nick.  Needless to say, the boys love the new kitten and her toys!
Arghh!  A little present from Daddy's trip to Vegas
 Playing soccer, TOGETHER!!
isn't this what most people do with soccer goals?
On a visit to see Grandma Caren, we found the most interesting man in the world!
Mom & Grandma wanted to do a little shopping, we may have bribed them with some chocolate yogurt first!
Getting a dragon painted on his face by Mother Nature

It has been a great spring with lots of trips and activities.  I would love to say that we will slow down this summer, but we already have plans for camp, swim team, weekend trips, and hopefully some pj days too!

Easter 2013

We had a full house for Easter this year, and it was so much fun!  It's amazing to watch a 2, 3, & 4 year old get along, so much talking.  And, now we're trying to figure out how a new little addition will fit in (Aunt Lisa is going to have a baby in August)!!
 making "peep" cupcakes

we had dueling egg dyes (PAAS vs. $$ store)
$ store won hands down - much brighter colors
Matt and Elodie are only 4 months apart, and we found them hanging out together a lot
surprise Easter treats from Grandma Cindy and Grandpa Mike
Andrew and his best friend Cade taking a break from running to look for some eggs

 attacking Uncle Denis
surprised that we actually got some good family shots

You know the Easter bunny made good choices when the pictures show mouths stained with chocolate
We had a wonderful weekend celebrating with family, and being forever thankful for the lives that our Lord has provided for us!
He is Risen!
