Has it Been a Year Already?

It's the last day of school already, yikes!  Today we said goodbye to the toddler class and the 3's class, looking forward to a fun summer!

Volunteers??

So, anybody interested in watching 2 very cute little boys?  After they locked the babysitter in the bedroom with them for over 2 hours, we might need a replacement sitter.  On a positive note, if they do lock you in, you might get a nice cookie basket (see above)

It finally happened

It took almost 4 years, but we finally had our first trip to the emergency room.  Unfortunately, Matty fell in the shower on Saturday night, he tripped on the metal frame.  Thought he may have hit his face, but everything was fine, until I looked down, blood everywhere coming from his foot.  Daddy was out of town at a wedding, but thankfully Grandma Caren was here.  Grandma confirmed that we should go to the hospital, so at 8:45 we all climbed into the car to head to the Children's Hospital.  

 3 hours later, we had 3 stitches, and 2 tired little boys

Thankfully they had "Cars 2", Matt never even cried, So Brave!

Damage wasn't so bad, stitches came out just in time to go to the beach

Fun in the Water

So after a couple years of consideration, we finally got a water table.  I knew the boys would love it, but I wasn't sure I would love the wet mess.  We actually played in the sun for a little bit, but then the clouds rolled in . . .

 The boys wanted to stay outside to play in the rain, and they were already soaked, so why not?

And right when we'd had enough water fun, the sun came out!
