Matthew's Baptism

Matthew got baptized over the weekend! Again, we were really unsure of how he would do in church, but he was great! Brian handed Mattie over to the minister and he was fine. The minister walked him through the church, and Matt put his hand on the minister's face, so sweet!
Normally both boys go to the nursery during church, but Andy went alone this week. After the service we went outside to take pictures, and Brian went to get Andrew. They came out the door, and Andy ran over to me and Matt signing "baby, baby". He was so excited to see his brother, he came and gave him a big hug!!

Lego's leave a mark

Notice the mark on Matthew's forehead, that's what happens when you roll over brother's legos! Oh well, at least he's happy!!

Andrew's Birthday Party

Cookie Monster!!! Huge success, I was so happy that the cake came out the pan, and Andrew talked about "cookie" all weekend, I think he liked it!!

Andrew's 2nd Birthday

Blowing out candles, no spit!! Everyone got totally soaked at the end of our evening. The skies opened up, and we all got rained on
We went to chick-fil-a for Andy's favorite dinner, and then off to Monkey Joe's. Andrew finally got the hang of this bounce house about 10 minutes before closing!!

$3 buys lots of tokens. I don't think he made any baskets, but he had fun throwing the balls!

I don't think he could have asked for more. A ride along fire truck that made noise, I'm sure we spent a whole dollar on that one!!

Gymboree

"oh baby gymbo", so as you can see, Andrew takes this very seriously! At the end of class all the kids look for Gymbo the clown, and the first spot is under the blue mat. Andrew would be further under the mat investigating if the teacher wasn't holding him back. The teacher always asks, "is he under there?", to which Andy shots out a big "No", and then puts both hands out, like where is he????

Loving Gymbo!!

We have been coming to Gymboree for a year, and sadly Andrew seems to have completed his time here. Wanted to have some memories of all the fun we've had. This has been a great experience for him, and we hope that we can find something similar for Mr. Mattie!!

This place was so fun, I wish that I could have run and jumped!! I also wish that I would have had the patience to bust out the camera when Andrew had his meltdown and was beating the floor for no reason!

New Tools

Andrew has a love of all things "gools", and we love that he actually says a word, so needless to say he loves to get out his toolbox. And it's super cute when he and Brian both walk around with their tools (still trying to get that picture)!!
