So Much Fun Together

Surprising, Andy likes Matt to sit with him every now and then. His new thing is to go see Matthew in the morning, and in this little whisper, he says hi! I love it b/c Andy says next to nothing, so its very sweet, and anything Andrew does, Matthew loves!! ( I am aware this will be a problem later)!!
This started as a cute picture, Andrew laid down on Matt's legs and was sort of hugging/talking to him, so I went to grab the camera. As I was coming back in the room, Andrew had decided to move Matthew, so this is the best shot you can get when semi-running/telling Andy to stop!

Andrew

We don't know where our little baby went! He is definitely a big boy. Such a blast to play with and show new things to. When he sees pictures of himself as a baby, he signs baby (meaning Matthew), and you say, no that's Andrew, and he says No! It might help if they didn't look so alike.

Favorite Andy story of the week, when it's time to take a nap or go to bed, Andy gives Matt a hug, and waves bye bye to all his toys and the different rooms of the house. Normally only 2 or 3 bye byes will do, but if we need to stall bedtime, we tell Everything in sight good night!

Matthew

It's official, somehow our little dark haired baby became his big brother. Quite eerie to compare pictures now! On a happy note, he loves all the toys that Andrew didn't care for, so we've got lots of play time in the bouncy seat and on the floor on the play mat. Matthew is quite the roly poly, we leave him in the middle of the floor and find him across the room, quite entertaining. He's totally a finger sucker too, wants nothing to do with the paci!

Water time

We've started our summer pool adventures. Thank you girls for all the fun we've been having!! The first day we were a little unsure, it was more fun to watch people jump in, today we were all about the splashing, even put our face in!
Daddy found this cool Buzz Lightyear rocket that spins and shoots water (he is channeling a clown hat from his childhood). We weren't sure what Andy would think, but he laughed and had a ton of fun!!

So, trying to be a good Mommy, I brought out the markers, not sure who looks worse, the table and chairs, or Mr. Andrew?

Not sure what will happen when we break out the finger paint?? Playdoh was fun, the only incident was a blue bottom, but it washes out!!

Cutting the Grass

Andy helped me mow last night, and when we finished, he parked his mower next to Daddy's, so cute!
