We finally decided that Matty was ready (or at least his hair was) for a real haircut, Snipits here we come! Sadly, for poor Matt, he is not a fan of strangers; therefore, he spent about 15 minutes screaming while his little hairs were chopped. The nice haircut lady assured me that most kids have this reaction, and she too was ok with the crying! 
This about sums it up 
Had to get him out of the chair and away from the "stranger" before we could get an after shot!
